Select the size of the collar considering:
1.- The height measurement from the chin to the top of the sternum, in neutral
position. (A).
2.- The neck circumference (B).

This collar is composed by an anterior part (D) and a posterior one (C). Do not
disassemble any other component.
Take the posterior half of the collar (C) marked "BACK ". Place it (C) on the patient's
nape taking care not to move the patient's neck.
Then position the anterior half of the collar (D), marked "FRONT " and the
tracheotomy opening. Place the anterior half part of the collar (D), so that the chin
comes to rest in the provided recess. Always maintain the patient's neck in neutral
position.
The anterior part (D) should overlap with the posterior one (C).
Adjust the width of the collar by means of the Velcro
with the same tension by the both sides.

Clean the orthosis with a cloth, with a neutral soap and lukewarm water. Do not
bleach. Dry with a dry cloth. No not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
