10.CHECK REGISTER

10.1 FOREWORD
This Check Register is an integral and substantial part of the machine and shall remain with the latter
during whole machine life, from the initial testing to the final dismantling.
10.2 HOW TO FILL IN THE CHECK REGISTER
The Check Register is useful to note all events regarding the machine life:

• replacement of components;

• serious troubles and the concerned components;
• periodic checks and maintenance book.
IMPORTANT: in case the sheets this Check Register consists of are not enough, add the required
number of sheets, which shall report the following lay-outs. The additional sheets shall report the
machine type, the factory's serial number as well as the construction year. The additional sheets will
become an integral part of this Check Register.
