10 Fitting Advice
The instructions in this section are for practitioner use only.
Springs are supplied as matched sets i.e. the pylon/toe and heel springs are designed to work
together to give smooth progression for most users.
Static Alignment
Ensure flexion is fully accommodated. Adjust alignment to ensure the wearer can to stand
comfortably with the heel and forefoot evenly loaded.
Heel too
• Sinking at heel strike

• Difficulty climbing over the toe
(toe feels too hard)
Heel too
• Rapid transition from heel strike
