02. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE.
The Cooker Clip14.60.0 Sous Vide Cooker is
designed for cooking products which have been
previously vacuum packed, such as meat, fish,
poultry, vegetables, pâté, jams, preserves, aro-
matic oils, etc. It may also be used to pasteurise
preparations cooked with traditional techniques.
Its features make it suitable for more demanding
users who require this technique.
Cooker Clip is characterised by the following ad-
vantages:
• Vacuum and low temperature cooking prevents
the dehydration of foods, respecting their natural
structure to the maximum.
• Vacuum and low temperature cooking gives
foods the aromas and flavours of the foods and
condiments used.
• Respecting the cooking chain considerably pro-
longs the lifespan of foods.
• It allows dishes to be prepared in advance.
• By cooking in water, we ensure more precise
results than in a conventional oven.

Mode of use
1. Fully unroll the cable before plugging it in.
2. Attach the device firmly by fastening it to the
side of the container or pot.
3. Turn the fastening handle anti-clockwise, so
that the fastening handle has space for the water
tank.
4. The device requires a container or pot with a
capacity of up to 30 litres, over 14 cm tall.
5. Set the temperature and time necessary (see
the control panel for the device function, button
"A").
6. Submerge the previously packaged food into
the container or pan.
7. Press the "Start / Stop" button, and the devi-
ce will start to operate.
8. After the previously set time has passed, the
device will emit a beep.
9. Remove the food from the container, and your
meal will be ready.
10. After using the device, disconnect it from the
power source and remove it from the container or
pot. Place the device in a vertical position. After it
dries and cools, keep it in a dry place.
Notes
- The water level (after the food has been input)
must be greater than the "MIN" but less than the
"MAX" levels marked on the device.
- Before beginning the vacuum cooking, food must
have been vacuum packed.
- After restarting operation, the device will count
from the start.
- If nothing happens, the device will emit a beep
after 20 seconds and the water temperature will
be kept at the preset temperature.
