- If the vacuum packed bag breaks during coo-
king, the food may come out of the bag and block
the flow channel of the device. In this case, remo-
ve the food from the device, change the water,
and clean the filter if it is blocked.
* For optimum results, we recommend the use of
ELMA vacuum cooking bags.
Vacuum packed bags
Correctly package the food, ensuring that the
bags used can withstand temperatures of up to
100°C or 212°F.
Sous Vide Cooking
- This device has a regulating thermostat inside
the machine. Fill the container with water and
then set the desired temperature and time from
the control panel.
- Ensure that the water container can withstand
temperatures of up to 100°C or 212°F.

Note
By default, the device is programmed for 60ºC
and 24:00 hours.
