8.3.1

Start-up after a scheduled shut-down

Before any start-up or after longer periods of decommissioning of the machine, the following
procedure must be followed:
- Check general condition.
- Ensure that the necessary servicing (see Maintenance) has been carried out.
Before you can take the BBF1G into operation, you will require the following:
- Safety socket 230 V AC 50 Hz fused 16 A
For commissioning, follow this procedure:
- Connect the upstream pump with a hose to the inflow tap (3)using the NW 25 screwed
connection.
- Plug the AC-adapter of the scales (8) into the safety socket 230 V AC 50 Hz and connect the
other end with the scales (8).
- Switch the scales (8) on, using the ON/OFF button (14).
- Place a Bag-in-Box bag on the bag support (10).
- Tare the scales (8) using the button TARE (13).
- Connect the filler tap (4)
- Open the inflow tap (3)
- Now production can commence.
