4.2 Installation guide
•
If the lamps are not electrical
connected at the installation time,
make sure that the QPD plugs are
properly sealed by a protective cap
for unused cable entries IP68 (part no
50500226). See figure 1. If this is not
done the lamp will not be protected
against water intrusion.
•
When the lamp is ready for electrical
connection the protective cap can
be removed and the cable can be
connected to the QPD plug. The outer
part of the QPD plug which are packed
in the cardboard box with the TEF 2780
decklight must be mounted to the inner
part of the QPD plug. After properly
mounting of this parts the decklight has
an IP66/67.

The mounting brackets is already
assembled at Stahl Tranberg factory
and is packed inside the box with the
luminaire. See figure 2 & 3.
•
Place the pair of mounting brackets
on the surface it should be mounted
on. The distance between the two
brackets is adjustable. The bracket
should be mounted with 2 pcs M8 bolts
for each bracket. See figure 4 & 5.
