4) The data acquired by Hellatron S.p.A. with electronic, IT or manual methods,
will be communicated to any public authorities that may rightfully ask
therefore in accordance with the law and, possibly, to meet the conditions of
any civil law, tax and accounting rules.
5) The data collected in relation to the Service will be contained in servers located
at the Aruba Data Center at Via Sergio Ramelli, 8 - 52100 Arezzo (AR), and stored
in clouds, and will be processed taking adequate security measures so as to
minimize the risk of their destruction or loss, unauthorised access or processing
not in accordance with the purposes of their collection. In addition, such data
may be stored by Hellatron S.p.A. for the time required for the above
mentioned purposes and to meet any statutory obligations therefore.
6) You may ask Hellatron S.p.A. at any time about
- the origin of your data;
- the purposes and methods of data processing;
- the logics applied where data are processed electronically;
- the identity details of the Data Controller, the Data Processors and
the representative in charge of data processing;
- the subjects or categories of subjects to whom your data may be
communicated or who may become aware thereof.
The Person Concerned may ask for:
- the updating, rectification of its data or, if interested therein, their
integration;
- the cancellation, blocking of data processed against the law,
including those which need not be kept for the purposes of their
collection or subsequent processing.
The Person Concerned may object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons,
to the processing of its personal data, even if pertaining to the purpose of data
collection. The Data Controller is Hellatron S.p.A., acting through its pro
tempore legal representative, with registered offices at Via E. Mattei 10, 20010
- Pogliano Milanese (MI).
CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
After reading the above policy, the Customer authorises the processing of its personal
data for the purposes set out in art. 2. letters a), b) and c) above.
The rules on data processing may change over time. Hellatron S.p.A. undertakes not
to reduce the rights of the Persons Concerned set out in this document without their
express consent. Hellatron S.p.A. will publish any changes to these conditions on this
page; any substantial changes will be highlighted online.
