4.7. Maintenance
The collection cup should be cleaned regularly (daily or weekly, depending on the organic load).
The reaction pipe of the skimmer needs to be cleaned only once or twice a year. The venturi pump
should also be cleaned from time to time. The pump has to be removed and the complete pump
housing and mesh wheel flushed with clean water. The same procedure should be undertaken with
the air injection nozzle.

5.2. Assembly
On unpacking, please check the lighting system immediately for any damages. In case of any
complaints, please contact your dealer directly.
The three holding units for the light have to be put on the back pane of the aquarium.
aquasunspots are put in the sockets by using a cross headed screwdriver.
Afterwards, each light has to be put in the corresponding holding unit. The shorter light has to be
put into the middle. The light power lines have to be connected to the transformer.

5.3. Safety Instructions

 The lights may become very hot during operation. Be careful when touching them!
 In case of changing bulbs, disconnect the light from the mains and let it cool down.
 When cleaning, take care that no humidity passes the ventilation and enters the interior of the
lighting system!
