11.- TROUBLESHOOTING:

If you have problems with the operation of your phone, follow the instructions in the table below.
Problem
When switching ON the phone,
it prompts enter "PIN".
When switching on the phone,
it prompts "Emergency".
When switching ON the phone,
it prompts enter "password".
No ring tone prompt for an
incoming call.
No display on screen when
disconnect the AC/DC adapter.
Press [REDIAL] key, but no
number is sent.
Certain call cannot be received. - Check whether the number is restricted.
Cannot send short messages.
Others problems.
Once carried out these previous checking's, if it continues having problems with the phone,
contact with the Authorized Technical Service.
Set or change the PIN code.
Set or change the phone lock code. Menu > Settings > Phone
Switch to the factory default
settings. The phone will clew
input password, the password
default 1122.
Set profiles of your pone.
Set the way of searching network.
Execute basic math calculation.
Set alarm clock.
Set alarm clock.
MP3 Player: Listen music in MP3
mode.
Sound recorder mode: Record all
talking conversation.
- Input your PIN code which offered with SIM card together. If
you have changed the PIN code, input the new PIN code.
- Check whether valid SIM card is inserted.
- Enter "password" code you set already to unlock the phone.
- Check volume setting of ring tone. And check whether "mute"
function is enabling.
- Check whether the battery fully charged, or it is damaged.
- Check whether you have set call barring.
- Check the network condition, or message enter setting.
- First refer to the user manual, and then check whether the
external power is connected correctly. If there is no problem,
restore the phone to factory settings.
