13.- GUARANTEE:

WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

WARNING: The warranty is valid provided it is total
and properly executed in a readable and clear way,
presents the stamp of the establishment sales and has
attached the ticket of purchase of the equipment.
The equipment indicated in this certificate is guaranteed for a period of TWO YEARS from
the indicated date on the purchase ticket.
This warranty do not transferable and may not be do again in original or copy. The
replacement of the equipment by product failure, any accessory or part thereof does not involve
extension of the guarantee.
The warranty covers the replacement and free replacement of all parts that are damaged in
materials and components used in manufacturing and / or assembly of the equipment.
Checking the accessories is the responsibility of the purchaser at the time of purchase of the
equipment.
The warranty doesn't cover any damages caused by accidents, installation and improper use,
use of non original or incompatible accessories, connection to a different voltage than specified in
the instruction manual, or deterioration in external appearance by normal use and repairs that is
performed at other Official Technical Service.
The warranty doesn't cover the rechargeable batteries neither although these are part of the
acquired equipment since they are considered fungible material. Its possible deterioration should be
communicated in a maximum term of 15 counted DAYS starting from the date of purchase of the
equipment.
The warranty doesn't cover the equipment and accessories in those that the serial number has
been modified, erased or show up illegible.
To make use of the warranty it is necessary to surrender the equipment damaged in the sales
establishment or in some of the Official Technical Service together with their accessories and the
following documents:
1. Properly executed and sealed warranty certificate.
2. Original ticket.
3. Damage descriptions or defects.
If repair or replacement of the equipment is not possible, you can go to the salesperson
where you purchased the unit and will be returned the money (must present the ticket and the
Official Technical Service report).
The warranty is covered by the Law on Warranties in the sales at consumer.
