Storage, shipping and packing

Appliance must be packed and stored vertically, as specified on the packing.
A horizontal storage, even if temporary, will damage the appliance.
All damage due to incorrect packing or storage,will not be taken under warranty.
Provider rencourages its customers to keep the heat pump packaging (paperboard pack + polystyrene + pallet)
for the duration of the warranty period in case of a need to return the appliance to the factory.
