6. ACTIVATION OF INTERNET SERVICES
6.1 Chaffoteaux Service Centres
Chaffoteaux Service Centres can access the Teleassistance platform by entering their
credentials on the Chaffolink Portal.

6.2 End users
You can control your boiler remotely by downloading the official Chaffolink APP from
Apple Store or Google Play or by accessing the Chaffolink Portal from your web browser.

You can register your account and product only after connecting the device to the
Internet (see paragraph 5.1).
IMPORTANT:
You can use Chaffolink with several devices at once: simply use the same credentials
to log in.
The app includes an option for registering more than one Chaffolink gateway with
a single user account.
