1e. Using a plastic trim panel tool, remove the plastic fascia starting at
the outer edges near the wheel wells, gently pulling the fascia.
2b. Remove bumper beam - using a 3/8, 12 point socket or E12
external torx socket, remove (2) screws from rear exhaust hanger,
rotate hanger down to allow access to the outer (2) bumper beam
attachments, both sides.

2a. Remove bumper beam - using a 10mm socket, remove the side
heat shields by removing (2) screws per heat shield.
2c. Remove bumper beam - using a 16mm socket, remove (4) outer
flange hex nuts from bumper beam, (2) per side. Open the trunk
floor to access and remove the (4) inside flange hex nuts behind the
trunk liner.
2d. Remove the bumper beam and set it aside.
