C. ASSEMBLY (See Fig. 2)
1. Open the box and remove the product. The product co-
mes fully assembled.
2. First lift the support bar (A).
3. Pull on the resistance knob (B).
4. Place the resistance knob at the end of the tube to raise
the support bar (A).
5. Do the same with the other support bar.
Note: If you cannot pull out the resistance knob (B), loosen it
by turning it anti-clockwise so it looks as described in point 4.
D. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Wear comfortable clothing. Do not stand on the base (C) of
the Gymform® Core Master. The product is designed to be
used only while sitting or reclining.
Before using the product, set the desired intensity level (Fig.
3):
6. Turn the resistance knob clockwise to increase the resis-
tance. Turn the knob anti-clockwise to reduce the resistance.
We recommend starting with a low resistance and gradually
increasing it.
NOTE: If the floor is slippery, place a non-slip mat under the
product during use. It will also protect the floor.

E. STORAGE
Fold up the product when it is not in use (Fig. 4).
7. Fold the support bar (A) by pressing it down.
8. Pull on and turn the resistance knob (B) inward to release
it.
Note: If the resistance knob (B) is too tight, turn it anti-cloc-
kwise to loosen it.
F. MAINTENANCE
Wipe down the Gymform® Core Master after each workout
with a clean, damp cloth (not soaking wet).
The product is for personal indoor use only. It is not designed
for commercial use.
