Basic cooking instructions
This section provides basic cooking instructions for the most commonly used food in pres-
sure cookers. Don't cut or dice food inside the cooker with a knife or any other Sharp utensil
to prevent scratching the bottom. For soups and stews don't fill the cooker beyond half its
capacity. Remember you must ALWAYS use some kind of liquid to cook. If you start using the
cooker without or insufficient liquid so it evaporates before finishing cooking, the cooker will
be damaged and it won't generate pressure for its correct operating.
