Prescribed environmental conditions:
The ambient temperatures must be between 0°C and 50°C for operation, storage and transport.
The machine should be placed on a flat, stable flooring with the respective weight carrying
capacity (see Technical Data).
Interfaces:
Power supply
Fuel oil: An oil burner supplies energy to heat the juice. The fuel oil must be connected to the oil
filter unit.
Electrical: The energy supply for the pumps and controls is electrical. The electrical connection
must be construed accordingly.
Media connection
Water: Water must be filled in manually via a hose into the water tank.
Juice inlet: An external buffer tank with the juice to be heated is connected via a hose to the
permanently fitted juice pump.
Media disposal / removal
Juice outlet: The heated juice is discharged via the upper outlet on the heat exchanger and
conducted to the filling station via a hose.
