Advice after instalation
• Control once a year the level of the thermal fluid. Refill if necessary..
• In dusty areas and low rainfall we advise to clean with water and a cloth the glass collector, if
these are clearly dirty.
• In case of glass collector breakage, it must be replaced by a new one as soon as possible to
prevent damages to the collector
• Check seals, valves, connections and thermal insulation status once a year. In addition, it must be
controlled the general status of the structure with its bolts and screws.
• If collectors are easily accessible, cover them with an opaque coverage during long absences in
order they do not work uselessly.
• Especially in hard water cases it is convenient to install a suitable filter in the water inlet to the
house.
Protetion against calcareous incrustations
• To keep steady the performance of the equipment throughout the time and prevent corrosion
problems, it is necessary to install a decalcification system or lime inhibitor (Polyphosphates
doser)

Troubleshooting ¡Attention!
• Before opening the tank, the primary circuit or manipulate the electrical resistance cap, close the
cold water input and disconnect the electrical current
• Danger of burning with the tank´s water or with the thermal fluid!
• Any control or manipulation of the electrical installation must be done by a licensed electrician

Possible causes of malfunction:
1. There is not enough thermal fluid: If there is not enough thermal fluid, the thermosiphon does
not work. You should locate and correct possible leaks in the collector connections to the tank or
in the connections between both collectors or in the collector's plugs. Then you must refill thermal
fluid and purge.
2. The go and return flexible hose have not inclination, stopping the flow of the primary circuit.
3. Air in the primary circuit, you must purge it.
4. The equipment is not placed on level.
5. The tank is leaking.
6. Non-existent or inadequate insulation on the hot water pipe.
7. Leaks on hot water conduction from the system to the taps of the house.
8. Blockage or breakage of the check valve that remains open.
