13.2 Windows Vista

Important. Please note you have to operate as administrator under Windows Vista before starting to setup the network
options.
There are different ways to share files under Windows Vista.
13.2.1 Shared files under Vista. Mode 1
Follow these steps to share files through a network under Windows Vista.
1. Click on Start / Setup / Control Panel / User ac-
counts.
2. Click on "Create a new account".
3. Create a new user called "Guest". Select the op-
tion "Standard user" and click on "Create account".
4. Once the user has been created, open the new
user provilde and choose the option "Create a pass-
word".
5. Enter the password and click on "Create pass-
word".
