reserve capacity to amp-hours.
NOTE: The charge times are approximate and vary from battery to battery.
Always follow the battery manufacturer's specific charging instructions.
21. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Before using the charger, review all safety and connection directions. A failure in
doing so can damage the battery and cause serious injury or death.
FEATURES:
All automatic chargers come with a Micro Processor Control Unit, a LED display and a
LED indicator.
SELECT VOLTAGE switch with the following selections:
· 8 A-12 V and 4 A-24 V
· Power Indicator LED
· Charging Indicator LED
· Charged Indicator LED
· Error Indicator LED
"SELECT"/"DISPLAY" switch use:
Battery Voltage (V): Use this selection to display the battery voltage on the LED digital
screen.
Charging Current (A): Use this selection to display the current drawn from the charger
on the LED digital screen when charging. And the display will be back to battery
voltage in 5 seconds.
Battery Capacity (Percent %): Use this selection to display an estimated charged
percent of the battery on the LED digital screen when charging. And the display will
be back to battery voltage in 5 seconds.
Charging:
· Connect the charger to the battery following the instructions in section 16 & 17 or 18.
· Connect the charger to the AC output.
· Select the appropriate charger voltage for your battery.
· If the charger does not detect a properly connected battery, the Error LED will light
until such a battery is detected. Charging will not begin while the Error LED is on.
When the charging begins, the Charging LED will be lit.
· When the charging is complete, unplug the charger from the AC output.
Automatic Micro Process Control Unit Charge:
Stage 1 Diagnosis: Analyse if the battery can accept or not, it prevents charging from
proceeding on a defective battery;
