Correction
• Use a thinner to dissolve
obstructions; blow the gun
clean afterwards. ( DO NOT
TRY TO POKE THE HOLES !!)
• Clean the nozzle tip by using a
rag wet with thinner
• Tighten up the fluid Nozzle
• Reduce air inlet pressure.
• Reduce the material flow
by turning the fluid adjustment
knob; adjust spray width
accordingly
• If appropriate, increase
viscosity by adding more
paint
