16 green chili peppers
1 cup unsalted peanuts
Peanut Butter
1 cup lightly salted peanuts
1 can (14 oz.) chickpeas, drained

1 clove of garlic
Lemon juice from ½ lemon
¼ cup olive oil
1½ cups heavy cream
Whipped Cream
3 tsp sugar
½ vanilla bean
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
To clean, rst unplug the power grinder. If you are not using the
grinding bowl for storage, remove from the motor housing and empty
the grinding bowl of all contents.
Lock the grinding bowl back onto the motor housing and plug
cord into outlet. Add ½ cup of warm, soapy water, cover and run
continuously for 10 seconds or until all debris has been removed
from the blades.
Clean the clear cover and the storage lids by hand or place on the
top rack of the dishwashe r.
Wipe the exterior of the motor housing and the plastic housing cover
(where the grinding bowl is inserted) with a damp cloth. Allow to
air-dry. Be sure that parts are thoroughly dry before reassembling.
THERMAL PROTECTOR
For your safety, this power grinder is equipped with a thermal
protector. Should the power grinder overheat, the motor will
automatically shut off. Unplug the power grinder from the electrical
outlet and let the motor cool down completely (5–10 minutes). Once
the motor has cooled down, plug unit into electrical outlet and
resume grinding.
