Leds 6,7 show the status of the electrical contact of the pressure switch. If turned on, the contact is closed, and the pump
running. In the case of an LED is off, check the functionality of the pressure switch
Shut-off
The pump keeps running even if the pressure and the status of the pressure switch are restored. The pump must be stopped
manually as required by the firefighting standard.
To stop it, set the key-operated selector switch to the "MAN" position or the Disabled position "0".
The modified version for fire-hydrant networks features automatic pump shut-off after the pressure has been restored for the
length of time specified by local regulations (the default setting is 20 minutes).
The signalling and control keypanel does not affect the automatic starting of the motor.
If the motor fails to start automatically the following information is displayed:
1 - POWER LINE ON, green LED On
3 - PUMP ON DEMAND, yellow LED On
5 - START FAILURE, yellow LED On
6 - PRESSURE SWITCH P1, yellow LED On if pressure is below of the value of start.
7 - PRESSURE SWITCH P2, yellow LED On if pressure is below of the value of start.
To solve the problem see the Troubleshooting section

Start-up
Manual start-up via a command from the START button
The following information is displayed
1 - POWER LINE ON, green LED On
3 - PUMP ON DEMAND, yellow LED On
4 - PUMP RUNNING, red LED On.
6 - PRESSURE SWITCH P1, yellow LED On if pressure is below of the value of start.
7 - PRESSURE SWITCH P2, yellow LED On if pressure is below of the value of start.
Shut-off
Manual shut-off via STOP button
Pump on demand and start failure
In manual mode, the pump cannot be stared via a request from the pressure switch; a start failure signal is activated.
Disabled mode Switch in "0" position
8.5.3
Normally it is left in the AUT position with the key removed.
Turning the key switch to its "0" position turns off the motor when this is running.
IMPORTANT: The electric pump cannot be started up either manually or automatically. Use this mode to perform maintenance
operations.
If the key-operated selector switch is set to the DISABLED "0" position, the motor cannot be started
ATTENTION
either from the pressure switch or the keypanel. If the motor is already running, it stops.

Control terminals, terminal board inside control panel
Inside the electric service pump control panel there are dry contacts available for transmission of the following alarm signals to
the control room:
- Pump on demand
- Failure to start
- Power line on
- Motor running.
