PARTS & ASSEMBLY
Your BUFFET SERVER & WARMING TRAY should be put together as shown below. Be sure to
remove all packing materials and protective coverings before assembly.
NOTE: When using the Warming Tray, be sure the feet of
the unit are resting on a table or countertop.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL KNOB
Turn Counterclockwise: LOW (130˚ - 150˚ F)
Middle: MED (150˚ - 165˚ F)
Turn Clockwise: HIGH (165˚ - 185˚ F)

INDICATOR LIGHT

Illuminates when power is being
supplied to the unit.

SAFETY SWITCH

Safety feature that allows the unit to
safely power on and warm only when
unit has been assembled correctly.
