HOW TO OPERATE
BUFFET SERVER
1.
Assemble unit as shown under PARTS & ASSEMBLY. Plug unit into an
electrical outlet, which will illuminate the Indicator Light.
2.
Place food into each one of the trays.
3.
Adjust the Temperature Control Knob to desired heat for your
food contents. Choose temperature settings:
•
Low temperature is 130° - 150° Fahrenheit
•
Middle temperature is 150° - 165° Fahrenheit
•
High temperature is 165° - 185° Fahrenheit
4.
The food trays can keep foods hot for a long period of time, but it
is not recommended to exceed 3 to 4 hours. After that point, the
foods begin to dry out and/or the flavor begins to change.
5.
Do not leave food in trays. Remove food and liquid for
easy clean up and preparation for next use.
6.
Allow the unit to cool down before putting on or taking off parts for cleaning.
WARMING TRAY
1.
Remove the Frame, Cooking Pans and Lids, and then set the Warming Tray on a table or
countertop.
NOTE: Be sure the feet of the Warming Tray are resting on a table or
countertop. Fire hazard or burns may occur if unit is used upside down.
2.
Plug unit into an electrical outlet, which will illuminate the Indicator Light.
3.
Adjust the Temperature Control Knob to desired heat for your
food contents. Choose temperature settings:
•
Low temperature is 130° - 150° Fahrenheit
•
Middle temperature is 150° - 165° Fahrenheit
•
High temperature is 165° - 185° Fahrenheit
4.
Place your vessels of food directly on the surface of the warming tray for warming. It is not
recommended to warm foods in exceed of 3 to 4 hours. After that point, the foods begin to
dry out and/or the flavor begins to change.
NOTE: Do not place the Lids or any other non-heat proof items
directly on the hot surface of the warming tray.
5.
Unplug unit from electrical outlet when not in use.
