PRECAUTIONS
Before connecting the unit to the power
♦
source, make sure the voltage is correct.
When trimming a model, protect yourself
♦
suitably. Always wear gloves, safety goggles,
and a mask. Use proper clothes. No baggy
clothes, ties, necklaces, rings, bracelets or
elements that could be hooked by the
machine. Be careful with long hair.
Always use the water-cleaning system to clean
♦
the discs.
Do not allow children or unskilled personnel to
♦
operate the unit.
Do not allow anybody to by-pass the safety
♦
micro-switch that detects that the cover/door is
closed or to operate the unit when the
cover/door is open.
If the motor

operation, disconnect the unit from the power
source before trying to free the shaft by forcing
its rotation manually.
Do not polish, brush, or grind materials that
♦
could release particles that are toxic when
inhaled.
Before using the unit, make sure it is placed on
♦
a firm and solid base.
