1. Place thoroughly washed spinach in cooker with water.
2. Cover, cook 1-1/2 minutes alter control jiggles.
3. Reduce pressure instantly. Drain.
4. Cool spinach and chop it line.
5. Brown onion lightly in fat in saucepan.
6. Stir in flour. Gradually add milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
7. Add seasonings and stir chopped spinach into sauce.
