always orient the discharge chute in
the opposite direction from where you,
bystanders, surrounding vehicles, or
windows are located.
1) The Discharge Chute (6) can be adjusted
180 degrees by rotating the Chute Crank
Handle (12). Rotate the Chute Crank Handle
clockwise to move the Discharge Chute to
the left (See Fig. T); counterclockwise to
move the chute to the right (See Fig. U).
2) The Chute Deflector (4) on the top of the
Discharge Chute controls the height and
distance of the snow stream. Loosen both
Chute Deflector Knobs (5) to raise or lower

the deflector to the desired height of snow
you wish to throw. Tighten the knobs to
secure the deflector (See Fig. V).
NotE: do not overtighten the chute
deflector knobs (See Fig. i).
warNiNg: make sure that the
chute deflector snaps and locks
completely onto the discharge chute.

4. how to cLEar a drivEway/
EXPErtS oFFEr tacticaL tiPS
SNOWbLOWeR (NON-WiDY CONDiTiONS)
1) Cut a path straight down the middle of
the driveway with the Discharge Chute (6)
facing left.
2) Without adjusting the Discharge Chute,
turn machine around 180 degrees.
3) Return to driveway's start. Turn machine
same direction as before.
4) Continue making circles outward in this
direction until the driveway is clear.
