DESCRIPTION
This opening system consists of a tubular motor powered at 12V
by a battery with an integrated receiver.
The battery can be recharged via the power supply (code 163457)
or the solar panel (code 163455).
Super-heterodyne radio receiver 434.15 MHz to store up to 30
different channels.
Compatible with radio transmitters series
PROTEO, LOKI, ARTEMIS, TX PLUS, TX-FIT, TX-PLUS.
Compatible with sensors model
HURRICANE-RS, TYPHOON, SYROCO-RS, VIBE.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS (FIG.5)
Connect the tubular motor to the solar panel or to the power
supply using the appropriate cable.
INSTALLATION
Fix the bracket G to the wall.
Insert the crown A in the driving wheel B of the limit switch
(fig.1).
Insert the pulley C on the pivot of the motor D (fig.1).
Insert the cotter pin F on the pulley C.
Insert completely the motor in the roll-tube (fig.2).
Fix the roll-tube to the driving wheel with M4 x10 screw
(fig.2).
LIMIT SWITCH ADJUSTMENT
The limit switches system is electromechanical and through a
micro-switch it interrupts the power source of the motor when
the roller shutter or the awning reaches the limit of opening
and closing.
The limit switches are pre-adjusted to approximately 5 crown
revolutions.
To adjust the opening and closing limit it is necessary to turn
the adjusting screw placed on the head of the motor through
the plastic screwdriver included in the box (fig.4).
Power the motor and observe the sense of rotation of the
pulley and/or of the crown ; turn the adjusting screw towards
(+) to increa se the speed of the motor, turn the adjusting
screw towards (-) to decrease it (fig.4).
Reverse the direction of revolution of the motor and operate
on the second limit switch (fig.4).

SENSOR ACTIVATION
To activate the sensor function, at least one transmitter must be
stored.
m
IMPORTANT:
The activation of the anemometer causes inhibition of
functioning of both radio transmitter and external push button
for ca. 8 minutes.
The anemometer should be installed close to the awnings, in
order to avoid damages in case of very strong wind.
WORKING TIME OF MOTOR
The control unit stops the motor movement after 2 minutes: in
case of limit switches malfunction this "time out" avoids the
motor overheating.
RECEIVER RESET
This procedure allows to reset the receiver memory to factory
settings by deleting all settings and transmitters.
1. Press and hold the R1 button on the receiver: after 2 seconds
the L1 LED lights up
2. Keep the button pressed for another 5 seconds until the LED
L1 flashes 4 times
3. Release the button: reset complete
SENSOR STORAGE
A previously stored TX1 remote control must be available
then proceed with the following points:
1. Multichannel transmitters only: press SELC button of TX1
transmitter several times until the channel memorized is
displayed through the LEDs.
2. Bring the blind to half height with the TX1
3. Turn the transmitter's switch 1 to the ON position.
4. Press and hold (for about 5 seconds) the PROG button on
the TX1 remote control until the motor starts moving in one
direction
5. Release the PROG button: the engine stops
6. Press the P1 button on the sensor for at least 2 seconds
(HURRICANE-RS, TYPHOON, SYROCO-RS)
7. To check the correct memorization press the P1 button again:
the awning must be activated in CLOSING.
If not, repeat the procedure
