Step 4
1. Attach the lat pulldown frame to the lower frame connector with two screws (6), four washers and
two nuts.
2. Attach the pulley to the U-profile of the lower frame connector with a screw (3), two washers and
the nut.
3. Slide the lift rod, washers, sliding sleeves and back washers onto the guide rods in that order.
4. Insert the guide rods into the lat pulldown frame so that the screws can be pushed through. Screw
the guide rods and the lat pulldown frame together with two screws (4), four washers and two nuts.
5. Fasten the screw (2), washers and nuts for fastening the cable later.
