MICRO TRACTOR MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
•
For the micro tractor to be put in idle for a long period, it must be fully examined, checking
its technical condition. Being in perfect condition, it can be put into inactivity.
•
Store the micro tractor in a dry tank; put easel or stump on the axle so that the tires are
off the ground to prevent deformation of the tires; if the micro tractor has to stay outdoors,
cover it with canvas in the dryest place possible;
•
Clean the micro tractor and lubricate the moving parts with grease as indicated in the
lubrication chart;
•
Empty the radiator water and cover the exhaust to prevent corrosion;
•
Disconnect the battery. When it is to be switched on again, if not sealed, check the
electrolyte level;
Start the engine for at least 20 minutes every 3 months and check that the micro tractor is in
perfect mechanical condition.
