Why do I need to disable "Intelligent network" before the installation on my
smartphone?
To connect your Gigaset Smart Doorbell to your mobile, you need to connect to
the "Gigaset" network in the pairing process. Because this network does not have
Internet, your smartphone might want to switch back to your previous network.
This pop-up must be answered with "No" so that Gigaset Smart Doorbell can
be set up.
Why have not all movements been recorded?
Please check the upload speed of your Internet tariff. A minimum of 2 Mbit upload
is required for Gigaset Smart Doorbell to work perfectly.
How can I restart Gigaset Smart Doorbell without resetting it?
When Service ask you to restart the Gigaset Smart Doorbell, remove the screw,
push off the Gigaset Smart Doorbell and press the Reset button for 4 seconds
(pressing it for 11 seconds performs a full reset).

If you have been asked to permit "Localisation" in the setup, it has nothing to
