Why does my bell now sound different?
If your bell sounds strange after Gigaset Smart Doorbell is connected, it is most
probably because your bell requires a different current rating. Contact a trusted
electrician to help you with an adapter.
Why does Gigaset Smart Doorbell not work with my old camera tariff?
In Service, there are different add-on packages with different functions.
The important thing to know is that Gigaset Smart Doorbell belongs to the Outdoor
products. If you already have an Outdoor Service package (Outdoor Safety or 360°),
Gigaset Smart Doorbell can also be included and used (up to 3 Outdoor products
per package).
What happens when my Wifi fails?
If your mechanical bell is also connected, it will still work.
