Press EDIT to save the number of laps. Next, you have the option of
setting the timer for the first period (workout period). The timer briefly
displays „P1" to indicate this. Then use the number or arrow keys again to
set the length of the first period.
Press EDIT again to save the timer for P1 (workout period) and continue
with P2 (rest period) and the corresponding timer setting. The procedure
is the same as that explained for P1.
Repeat the two steps for the number of laps you set in step 1.
After the last timer setting, save again with Edit. Finally, save your interval
settings under a (still unassigned) DeepL access key (0-9 and F7-F11).
Beep tones signal the successful storage process.
Press ENTER to trigger a 10-second countdown (if activated), which
counts up from 00:00 to 10:00 seconds. Afterwards the set timer is
recalled. A single beep indicates P1 (workout phase), a double beep
indicates P2 (rest phase).
Recall your workout program by pressing the DeepL access key on which
you have saved it.
Press F6 to toggle between countdown (count down from) and count-up
(count up to).

Press MUTE to mute the beeps.
You can enable or disable the mandatory countdown
before each exercise function by pressing F4.
Use F5 to adjust the display brightness in 5 levels.
