TROUBLE SHOOTING
1. Crane can not lift load.
Release valve not tightly closed. - Check if release valve stuck
Air-bound. - Bleed hydraulic system.
Low oil level. - Add oil
Hydraulic unit malfunctioning. - Replace
2. Crane lift load, but can not hold.
Low oil level. - Add oil
Hydraulic unit malfunctioning. - Replace
3. Crane can not lower completely
Air-bound. - Bleed hydraulic system.
Low oil level. - Add oil
Hydraulic unit malfunctioning. - Replace
4. Poor crane lifting (Pump feels spongy)
Air-bound. - Bleed hydraulic system.
Low oil level. - Add oil
Hydraulic unit malfunctioning. - Replace
5. Crane can not reach maximum height.
Air-bound. - Bleed hydraulic system.
Low oil level. - Add oil
NOTE : If the above procedures can not solve the problem, the product should be taken to a local service center for further examina-
tion.
