pin is inserted. • Hit Koloss only within the defi ned zones. • Hits on hardened
parts with hardness values above 46 HRC and edge hits must be avoided.
• Discard any striking tool if it shows dents, cracks, chips, mushrooming or
excessive wear. NEVER regrind or re-heat-treat a hammer. • Always ensure that
the safety lock pin in the head is present in the head. • Always ensure that tool
connections are properly locked when using either the extension or centering
pin. • Torque load not to exceed 600 Nm under any circumstances. • Stop
torque load when Koloss starts to bend. • Wera makes no other warranties,
expressed or implied, with respect to the tools or their suitability for specifi c
applications, nor does Wera assume or authorize any person to assume for it,
any other warranty expressed or implied. • Always ensure that the handle is
fi rmly attached to the shank. If the warning line "stop" on the shank becomes
visible, stop working with the Koloss and return it to Wera immediately for
inspection / repair.
