JUNO 4" INTERNALLY ADJUSTABLE LED REMODEL
RECESSED HOUSINGS
TRIM INSTALLATION
Step 1. After ceiling is finished and painted, remove
and discard paint shield from fixture.
Step 2. Aim the fixture as desired: Adjustment angles
range 0-35º. It is recommended that the fixture always
be aimed without a trim installed and the fixture off.
The light engine heat sink slides along the frame in the
recessed housing. Grasp the optic holder and slide it
on a slight curve to change the adjustment angle.
The sliding motion changes the angle of the light
source (Fig. 6).
The heatsink and frame assembly can be rotated about
the center axis of the housing to aim the light (Fig. 7).
Step 3. After the fixture is aimed, the trim needs to
be oriented correctly and installed in the housing.
If the trim is an "angle cut" trim, it is necessary to
orient the portion of the trim that is lower near the
optic (Fig. 8).
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1. Provide electrical service according to national
and/or local electrical code to the junction box located
on the remodel housing. Supply wire insulation must
be rated for at least 90°C. Note: this fixture requires a
flexible electrical supply.
Step 2. Remove junction box cover. Remove the
appropriate knock-out(s) to accommodate the type of
electrical supply being used (Fig. 9).
Flexible Metal Conduit. Remove appropriate round
knock-out(s) and connect conduit to junction box with
proper connectors (not supplied).
12/2 or 14/2 Non-Metallic Sheathed Cable
(Type NM-B). Remove appropriate D-shaped
cable knock-out(s). Insert the NM-B cable through
the cable trap and make a 90˚L-shaped bend in cable
as shown (Fig. 10).
12/3 or 14/3 Cable (Type NM-B). Remove the
appropriate round knockouts and connect cable with
proper electrical connectors (not supplied and not
shown).
Step 3. Strip supply wire 3/8" and insert each supply
wire into appropriate connector (Refer to Fixture
Dimming and Wiring on page 1).
Step 4. Place all wiring and connectors back in
wiring box and replace cover, taking care not to pinch
any wires.

DRIVER REPLACEMENT
Driver replacement must be performed by a qualified
electrician. Before servicing, disconnect or switch off
electrical supply to fixture. Failure to do so can result in
electrical shock and/or injury.
Step 1. Remove trim from fixture.
Step 2. Remove LED Module. Loosen screws in two
places. Screws are captive and will not separate from
fixture. Pull down on module to disengage snaps.
Unplug connector.
Step 3. Remove tape that seals the three springs.
Align
Disengage remodel springs and remove housing
from ceiling.
Step 4. Open junction box to access wiring (Fig. 9).
Step 5. Disconnect AC leads and lead wires that go to
the LED. Disconnect dimming wires as applicable.
Step 6. Connect new driver (Refer to Fixture Dimming
and Wiring on page 1).
Step 7. Reinstall housing, optic assembly and trim as
previously outlined in this instruction sheet.
OPTIC REPLACEMENT
OR ADDING MEDIA
Step 1. Unscrew face from optic holder.
Step 2. Replace with desired new optic.
Step 3. Screw optic holder into place. Be sure that
optic seats in the pocket in the optic holder and does
not become trapped between the lips of the holder
and face.
