CORRECT POSITION IN THE VEHICLE
This is an i-Size child restraint system. It is approved under regulation ECE R129, for use on vehicle
seats compatible with i-Size, as stated by the manufacturers in the specific vehicle user manual. If your
vehicle does not have a suitable seat for the i-Size child safety seat, consult the list of types of vehicles
that are included or check on our web page to see whether installation is possible in your vehicle.
If your vehicle is not fitted with ISOFIX, contact the specific manufacturer.
However, in exceptional cases, the safety seat can be used on the front passenger seat. In this case,
please bear in mind the following points:
* Check whether the front passenger seat is fitted with ISOFIX. If it is not, the safety seat cannot be
used in this position.
* Deactivate the front passenger airbag. If it is not possible to deactivate it, the safety seat must not
be used on the front passenger seat.
* Do not use the i-Size safety seat in the rear facing position if the front airbag is activated.
It is essential to follow the recommendations of the vehicle manufacturer.
WARNING! Items of luggage and other loose objects in the vehicle, which could cause injury in the
event of an accident, must always be correctly secured. They can become dangerous projectiles in the
event of a car accident.
WARNING! Never leave your child unattended in the vehicle. The plastic parts of the child restraint
system can get hot in sunlight and the child could get burnt. Protect your child and the safety seat from
direct exposure to sunlight (for example, cover them with a light coloured cloth).
Remember that the rigid elements and plastic parts of an improved child restraint system must be
installed so that they cannot get caught in a removable seat or car door during the everyday use of
the vehicle.
WARNING! The safety seat is not suitable for use with the normal vehicle seat belt. If the safety seat is
held with the normal vehicle seat belt, in the event of an accident the child and other occupants of the
vehicle could suffer serious injuries which could even be fatal.
