Some foods discolour plastic. This is normal. This has no effect on the plastic and does not
affect the taste of the food. Rub the plastic parts with a cloth lightly soaked in cooking oil to
remove the discolouration.
Motor unit
Wipe the motor unit using a slightly damp, soft cloth. Make sure that the locking system is
free of food residue.
Other removable parts
You can clean all the removable parts (except the motor unit) with a soft sponge and hot
water with washing-up liquid. Rinse with clean water, and then thoroughly dry using a soft
cloth.
