Possible cause
The chilled water outlet
temperature sensor is faulty or
experiencing a bad connection.
The flow meter is faulty or
iexperiencing a bad connection.
The # fan is faulty or experiencing
a bad connection.
The three-way ball valve is faulty.
1) The environment temperature
and humidity are abnormal.
2) The alarm setting is abnormal.
3) The temperature sensor is
faulty.
4) The load is too large.
1) The temperature or flow rate
of the chilled water supplied
by the chiller is abnormal.
2) The alarm setting is abnormal.
The periodic maintenance has not
been performed.
The water leakage detector is not
correctly connected.

Solution
Inspect the function of the chilled water outlet sensor and
confirm the proper wiring connection.
Inspect the function of the flow meter and confirm the proper
wiring connection.
Inspect if the # fan is blocked or faulty and confirm the
proper wiring connection.
Inspect the three-way ball valve.
1) Ensure the environment temperature and humidity are
within the operational range.
2) Ensure the out-of-range alarm setting is correct.
3) Inspect the temperature sensor function.
4) If the temperature is still too high after eliminating the
above problems, confirm the load does not exceed the
cooling capacity of the cooling unit.
1) Inspect the temperature and flow rate of the chilled water.
2) Ensure the out-of-range alarm setting is correct.
To guarantee the normal operation of the
system, perform maintenance immediately.
Inspect if the water leakage detector is loose, in bad contact
or broken.
