TROUBLESHOOTING

The power indicator light does not go on after pressing the ON/OFF button.
The plug may be loose in the outlet.
The ON/OFF button may not have been fully depressed.
Check your home's circuit fuse or breaker switch to see it is operating properly.
The power indicator light starts flashing after pressing the ON/OFF button.
You may be using a utensil unsuitable for induction cooking (non-magnetic).
The utensil may not be centered properly on the ceramic glass plate.
The ceramic glass plate may be cracked (contact your Independent Representative or
Local Customer Service Center).
The Induction Cooker stops heating during operation.
High surface temperature caused it to turn off automatically.
The cool air intake or warm air exhaust may be blocked.
The Induction Cooker became unplugged during cooking.
Check your home's circuit fuse or breaker switch to see it is operating properly.
The power level lights don't seem to be working.
The power level lights will not operate when the Induction Cooker is set to the warm
level. Press the LEVEL Selector button to change from warming to cooking mode.
There is an error code appearing in the LED display
There are a number of pre-programmed error codes that you may see in the LED display.
The error codes "E05" and "E08" are overheating warnings. If you see either of these codes,
turn the Induction Cooker off for 5 minutes, then turn it back on. If the problem persists,
or you see any other error code, contact your Rena Ware Independent Representative or
Local Customer Service Center.
I think my Induction Cooker needs service; what should I do?
For service, please contact your Rena Ware representative or Local Customer Service
Center. Never attempt to repair or disassemble the Induction Cooker by yourself.
