Operation
The sampler can be used together with various analysis systems. This section de-
scribes how the various systems are used together with the sampler.
Warning
The responsible body shall be made aware that, if the equipment is used
in a manner not specified by the manufacturer, the protection provided
by the equipment may be impaired.
Modifications, alterations, rebuilding or use of safety parts not author-
ized by FOSS Analytical AB violates the warranty. FOSS Analytical AB
has no responsibility for damages, material or personal, occuring as a
result of such actions.
5.1
Connecting Analysis Systems
The connector cable with which you will connect the sampler to the analyzer is usu-
ally delivered together with the analysis system.

5.3
Setting the Analysis Configuration
On the rear of the sampler there is a switch marked "Mode". The "Mode" switch is
a hexadecimal switch with which you can select various functions for the sampler,
such as different numbers of sample cups or set it up to different analysis systems,
see Fig. 5:2.
The "F" switch is a neutral position to be used when the sampler is to be transported
or inspected by service personnel. You can change the position of the switch using a
small screwdriver. Use the table below to select the appropriate mode of operation:
