ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
TOOLS REQUIRED: Phillips Screwdriver, Rubber Mallet or Padded Hammer, Wood Glue

1. Glue two Wood Dowels (C) in each end of Sleepers (Ke, Te, Se). Attach Sleepers (Ke, Te, Se) to the
Left Side (Ge) making sure the pocket-drilled screw holes in each sleeper faces down. See Figure 1.
Attach using two 4x30 Pan Head Screws (A) through the pocket-drilled holes. Repeat the steps to
attach the Right Side (He). See Figure 1.
2. Glue four Wood Dowels (C) into the top edge of the Left and Right Sides (Ge and He). Spread a
thin layer of glue into the dowel holes in the Top (Je) and slide the Top down over the dowels. See
Figure 2. Gently tap with a padded hammer and quickly wipe away any excess glue. Using the pocket
drilled holes as guides, fasten in place with four 4x30mm Pan Head Screws (A). See Figure 2a.
3. Attach Back (Ie) using 16 3.5x16mm
Philtruss Screws through the pre-drilled
holes. See Figure 3.
