Preparatory work
- Raise the rear of the motorcycle using lifting gear (see Owner's
Manual).
The parked vehicle may roll away or fall over. Always park the
vehicle on a fi rm and even surface.
Assembly
- Position the front spring mount
- Mount screw with bearing bush
and tighten to 10 Nm (Loctite 243).
- Attach springs (included).
- Position center stand (included).
- Mount screws with Nordlock washers
ing bushes (all included) and tighten to 34 Nm.
NOTE:
Grease the bearing bushes before mounting.
- Mount bump rubber with nut
NOTE
Only screw in so far until the center stand does not touch any other
components when it is folded in.
- Tighten nut .
