you cannot find what you need via the FAQ, please call your local SENAO service station
for further assistance.
There is no dial tone......
Check for correct installation (Pg. 8-12)
Make sure the power cord is plugged in.
Is the handset battery fully charged?
Is the handset power on?
Is the telephone cord plugged into the correct port?
The handset does not ring......
Make sure the telephone line cord is plugged firmly into the base unit and
the telephone jack.
You may be too far from the base unit.
Check the ringing volume for the handset (Pg. 26).
Try increasing the radio power level to high
Make sure the placement of the base unit is correct (Pg. 2)
Interference, static, sound cuts in/out, fades......
Are the telescopic antennas of the base unit and the handset fully
extended?
Move closer to the base unit.
Press
Is the handset battery level low?
The battery will not charge......
Make sure that the handset has been placed on the charger or base
correctly.
Make sure that the battery has been paced on the charger correctly.
Make sure the battery has been installed on the handset properly (Pg. 9)
The telephone rings and you can answer, but cannot hear the caller or the caller
cannot hear you......
Make sure the volume settings are correct on the base unit
