ATTACH BELT TABLE
Refer to Figures 4 and 6.
• Position table into place on the sander by sliding the belt
and platen through the slot and square hole in the table.
• Fasten table to frame with the ratchet handle and
washer: Bring handle's screw through the table's lower
bracket and then onto the threaded hole in the frame.
Fasten table in place by turning spring-loaded ratchet
handle.
• Using a combination square, set the table perpendicular
to the belt.
• To adjust table to 90°, turn table's rear hex screw as
needed with supplied 3mm hex wrench.
• Once 90° set, lock in place with the hex nut under
the table.
• Secure the table in position with the ratchet handle.

ATTACH DISC TABLE
Refer to Figure 5.
• Fasten the Sanding Disc Cover with Nozzle to the
machine with 3 Phillips screws and washers.
• Position table on disc housing and slide table ends into
slots.
• Fasten table in place with 2 knobs and washers.
• Using a combination square, set the table perpendicular
to the disc, and secure in position. If necessary, set
pointer at 0°.
INSTALLATION
Refer to Figures 7, 8 and 9, pages 4 and 5.
POWER SOURCE
WARNING: Do not connect sander to the power source until
all assembly steps have been completed.
The motor is designed for operation on the voltage and
frequency specified. Normal loads will be handled safely on

voltages not more than 10% above or below specified voltage.
Running the unit on voltages which are not within range may
cause overheating and motor burn-out. Heavy loads require
that voltage at motor terminals be no less than the voltage
specified on nameplate.
• Power supply to the motor is controlled by a single pole
locking rocker switch. Remove the key to prevent
unauthorized use.
