Check once again whether the wire guide has been fitted correctly.
1 Plug central connector KZ-2 (4) or LN connection (8) into the socket at the
wire feeding device.
• When using the central connector KZ-2 (4), tighten the
retaining sleeve (6).
• When using the LN connection (8), tighten the clamping screw (7).

NOTICE
• Each time the wire is changed, make sure that the beginning of the wire is
free of burrs.
1 Insert the wire in the wire feed unit as specified by the manufacturer.
2 Press the "Current free wire feed" pushbutton at the wire feed unit.
NOTICE
• The welding torch may only be operated by qualified personnel.
• As the welding torch is integrated into a welding system, the operating
instructions of the welding components, such as welding torch and power
supply, must be observed during operation.
• For welding, ensure that all the parameters required for your welding
task are set at the power supply.
Check
1 the welding torch before connecting it to the wire feeder to make sure that
the proper wire guide (liner) in accordance with the wire diameter and wire
type has been inserted.
2 the equipment parts in the torch neck to make sure the correct contact tip
and the correct neck liner are being used according to the wire diameter
and type of wire.
