STEPS:

1. Ensure Fender
shown.
2. Slide the Fork assembly into the Frame

NOTE:
Ensure frame is right-side up (Seat
Bracket ! is facing UP).

3. Place Cap onto Handlebar
4. Make sure Washer

Tube .
5. Install Handlebar
screw holes are aligned.
6. Install Hardware
and Fork holes. Tighten securely.
7. Slide Cap C down fully so that Screw
and Locknut fit into Cap Slot.
CAUTION:
• Ensure Handlebars and Fork turn smooth-
ly in both directions and are not loose.
• Ensure front Wheel and Pedals rotate
smoothly.
