NOTICE
WHEN USING AS - UNIVERSAL - GROUPS: II, III
• This is a "Universal" child restraint. It is approved to Regulation No. 44, 04 series of amendments, for general use in vehicles and it will
fit most, but not all, car seats.
• A correct fit is likely if the vehicle manufacturer has declared in the vehicle handbook that the vehicle is capable of accepting a
"Universal" child restraint for this age group.
• This child restraint has been classified as "Universal" under more stringent conditions than those which applied to earlier designs which
do not carry this notice.
• If in doubt, consult either the child restraint manufacturer or the retailer.
• Only suitable if the approved vehicles are fitted with 3 point safety-belts, approved to UN/ECE Regulation No. 16 or other equivalent
standards.
WHEN USING AS - SEMI-UNIVERSAL - GROUPS: II, III
This child restraint is classified for "Semi-universal" use and is suitable for fixing into the seat positions of the following cars:

Seat positions in other cars may also be suitable to accept this child restraint. Please refer to the information documents or the retailer's
website for the suitable car model list. If in doubt, consult either the child restraint manufacturer or the retailer at any time. Only suitable
if the approved vehicles are fitted with 3 point safety-belts and ISOFIX attachments, approved to UN/ECE Regulation No. 16 or other
equivalent standards.

INTENDED USE

• Child restraints raise the child up and help to position the vehicle lap and shoulder belt correctly. When the child is properly restrained
in a child restraint, his/her risk of injury in all types of crashes is reduced, as the lap and shoulder belt provides excellent restraint of
both the upper and lower torsos.
• The child restraint is designed for forward-facing position only.

• This appliance is only intended for private use and is not suitable for professional operation.
• This child restraint is not for use in homes, airplanes, boats, on a motorcycle, or in any other non-specified applications or environments.
• The manufacturer cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper usage or incorrect operation or non-compliance with this
manual.

GENERAL SAFETY WARNINGS

1. Read all instructions before use of this child restraint. In addition, read the vehicle owner's manual for information on child restraint
installation. If there is a conflict between the two, the vehicle owner's manual regarding child restraint installation must be followed.
2. Failure to follow installation instructions can result in the child striking the vehicle's interior during a sudden stop or crash. Serious
injury or death may result.
3. NEVER use this child restraint without its backrest. Backrest disassembly step is for attaching and removing the seat cover only!
4. NEVER leave your child unattended. A child's safety is your responsibility.
5. DO NOT allow anyone who has not read the instructions to install or use this child restraint. Installation in the vehicle and securing
the child in the child restraint to be done only by adult!
6. DO NOT use this child restraint if it is damaged, broken, or missing parts.
7. Replace this child restraint if it has been involved in a crash, even if it was minor and there appears to be no damage to the child
restraint. An accident can cause invisible damages.
8. DO NOT use a second-hand child restraint or child restraint whose story you do not know.
9. NEVER use this child restraint without the headrest installed when using in group II.
10. WARNING: DO NOT use any load-bearing contact points other than those described in the instructions and marked in the child
restraint.
11. The rigid items and plastic parts of the child restraint shall be so located and installed that they are not liable, during everyday use
of the vehicle, to become trapped by a movable seat or in a door of the vehicle.
12. NEVER use this child restraint with any other base except ones that the manufacturer permits.
13. NEVER modify any part of the child restraint.
14. If you find uncertainty or defect in the structure, latches, or locking mechanisms of the child restraint or ISOFIX attachments,
discontinue usage until removal of the damaged parts and replacement with new ones.
15. DO NOT put additional pads except the ones supplied by the manufacturer! Placing additional pads may obscure the safety of your child.
16. Any luggage or other objects liable to cause injuries in the event of a collision shall be properly secured.
17. DO NOT allow children to play with the product!
