6. Usage
Keep the fan in an appropriate location and connect the device to a properly in-
stalled 220-240V AC socket.
Speed level
To be able to change the angle of inclination, slightly loosen the two screws 13
+ 16. By tilting the protective cage, you can adjust the angle of inclination. Then
tighten the screws 13 + 16 again, please. Push the button (10) at the top of the
motor unit (11) to enable the oscillation. If you do not want to use the oscillation
function, pull the button out slightly.
With the rotary switch on the motor unit the device can be switched on. Or you
can choose between different speed levels from Level 1 (slow) to Level 3 (fast). The
switch position 0 puts the device into the off mode.
7. Cleaning
Pull out the power plug from the socket before starting with the cleaning process!
Use a slightly damp cloth for cleaning. The device should not be immersed in wa-
ter for cleaning under any circumstances. This could lead to electric shock or fire!
8. Safety instructions and liability disclaimer
Never try to open the device to carry out repairs or conversions. Avoid contact
with mains voltages. Do not short-circuit the product. The device is not certified
for use in the open air; only use it in dry conditions. Protect it from high humidity,
water and snow. Keep it away from high temperatures. Do not subject the device
to sudden changes in temperature or heavy vibration as this might damage
electronic components. Examine the device for damage before using it. The unit
should not be used if it has received an impact or has been damaged in any other
way. Please observe national regulations and restrictions. Do not use the device
for purposes other than those described in the instructions. This product is not a
toy. Keep it out of the reach of children or mentally impaired persons. Any repair
